Steel protection tubes for 18 heat exchangers

During the construction of a series of 18 high-quality heat exchangers, our team at Solines GmbH, based in Germany, has successfully delivered steel tubes with a diameter of Ø 355.6 x 7.10 mm to a valued customer. These precision-cut tubes were meticulously sawn to a length of 3,059 mm, adhering to the strict tolerances required for the application.

Following delivery, our client pre-processed the steel tubes by drilling holes at both ends before expertly welding the necessary inlet and outlet sections. These components, essential for the horizontal flow of hot water, ensure effective circulation through the system, with cooled water being discharged through the upper outlet. Designed with a triple pump setup, this system offers increased reliability and can be considered redundant, thus significantly reducing the risk of downtime.

For integration into complex manufacturing processes, these parts were ultimately fitted with screwable flanges on both sides, ensuring a streamlined installation and maintenance.
