This privacy statement is intended to inform you about how Solines BV handles personal data that we obtain through our website and newsletter. To be able to send a personal newsletter, we need your email address and full name. These data are only used for sending the newsletter. For our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

General data relating to visitors to the Solines BV website are retained, including the IP address of your computer, the time of your visit and data sent by your browser. These data are used for analyses of visitor and click behavior on the website, for securing our website and for the proper functioning of our website and associated plugins or web applications. Solines BV uses this information to optimize, improve and secure the operation of the website. Solines BV may share this information with third parties or third-party applications such as Google Analytics.

How long we store data
Solines BV does not store your personal data any longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected. Your data will not be stored for longer than 26 months if no agreement is reached with you or after it is dissolved. Cookies can be removed at any time by you in the browser settings.
However, where a customer has purchased a product or service, we must keep this information for 7 years for the tax authorities, we will delete data that we do not need to be able to execute our services.

Solines BV takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. The website of Solines BV uses a reliable SSL Certificate to safeguard your personal data.
