Ground poles with rotation prevention in Ø 711.0 x 25.00 mm
Solines Welding & Construction BV has been commissioned to produce and deliver 2 foundation piles with the steel pipe dimension of 711.0 x 25 mm. Before welding could commence, the pipes had to be sawed to the required usage lengths of 10,000 mm and 10,200 mm respectively.
Subsequently, 4 plates were welded onto each pipe (1.30 m from the top of the pipe) as rotation prevention. Two steel plates with dimensions of 20 x 600 x 3700 mm, and another two steel plates with dimensions of 15 x 250 x 3400 mm. They were affixed opposite each other, in a star-shaped manner. Eventually, the pipes were delivered to the construction site just in time.
